The 1911 census does not give detials of the children who died, just gives total numbers.
The 1901 census of the same family below lists 4 more children. You may be able to work out the possible child that died by checking FreeBMD

sorry but the names of children that died are not shown, so very difficult to find them.

Its a question of looking at all the previous census records from when they were married to see if any are shown then are not on the next census, even then the child could have been born in between census years, so a bit hit a miss im afraid
