Thank you MarieCeleste, that's just what I wanted. I think brazier is correct, I have a baptism of one of their children and he is listed as a brazier on that.

I have tried searching for other occupations *zier, but nothing suitable showing.

Roy, thanks but my question mark actually means that I'm not sure that the occupation is brazier.

The FMP transcription states he's a brazier but I was looking at the original on Ancestry, and it looks to me like there's too many letters before the ....zier bit.

Writing is atrocious so that's my best effort at occupation and witnesses.
