Hello all

My wifes uncle emmigrated to S Africa in the 1940's. Is it possible to find any trace of his marriage out there and probably by now his date of death?

He was born Cecil Roper in November 1926 in Alnwick Northumberland and his mothers maiden name was Pringle.

Regards....Tim

Looks like this one could be a long search, we should be grateful that there is so much information to be had in the UK.
