Find Ancestors

Hello,
I need help please.
I am actually trying to find birth details and parents for Joseph Warren b1841 in Ware, Wareside, Hertfordshire, England. I have just found him on an 1851 census living with his Grandmother, Sarah Devile born 1786 also in Ware, Wareside, Hertfordshire.

I am presuming that Sarah's daughter would have been Joseph Warren's mother.

An interesting detail on the 1851 census is that another 'Devile' family live in the same road, just a few doors down but I can't find anything that shows Sarah related to them. However, this family with the Head, being James Devile, live in Matching, Essex on the 1861 census, which is the same area where I have found a Joseph Warren working as a servant for the Hoare family on the 1861 census.
So, just to confirm... I AM LOOKING FOR THE PARENTS OF JOSEPH WARREN B1841/2 IN WARE, WARESIDE, HERTFORDSHIRE, ENGLAND. I do not have any ideas on his father or mother's name.

I would be so grateful if somebody could just give me a helping hand.

I found a Joseph Warren born 1841 in Ware, Hertfordshire on an England births and Christeneing record on familysearch.org. His mother was called Harriet Warren, didn't give details of a father's name. I wonder if this fits into puzzle??
Do you think she could have been Harriet Devile?
I'm not at all sure if I am on the right track.
