Hi,
I cannot find a marriage on Freeband.
Could somebody please look it up for me, I am after GRO index.
William George Jevons married a Kate Alice Ann Heritage in 1920 at Greenwhich.

Barry - FYI

FreeBMD has essentially completed transcription of the GRO marr index thru 1951, except for 3 quarters:

Marriages Sep 1920 (63%) *******************
Marriages Dec 1920 (0%) *******************
Marriages Dec 1938 (96%) **

My family knew a Jeavons family in Greenwich, could be the same as Jevons , They had a son named Walter and I believe his Dad worked on the tugboats, as Wally worked on the tugboats when he grew up. Not sure the address where they lived but if you think there is a connection I would be pleased to give you some more details.
