Are you sure about Ethel's year of birth? And if so, are you sure she was not previously married to a Mr Fricker? 54 is quite old to be marrying for the first time, esp in those days! ;-)

If you think he was born c1900, his wife would have been approx 20 years older than him.............not impossible, I know, but unlikely in those times.

Place of marriage is not really an indicator of birthplace.....especially in more recent times, and particularly for the male

I really think Anthony needs to invest in the marriage cert........if he wishes to compile an accurate tree........it will also include the second forenames of the people involved

So the question is, did Albert marry 2 Ethels ?

Except Lambeth is more likely, because .....

I am trying to find the parent and other family members of a Albert F Hatcher (no dob). As fair as I know about him, he married Ethel M Fricker b1881 in 1934. I have found this marriage but cant find where he sits in my tree which leaves me with a big parent that is not linked in my tree, can anyone help.
