If you Google The Boat Inn Peakirk there are some old photos of the pub where your Barber Family lived. Father George was baptised at Hogsthorpe Lincolnshire on 24/02/1816. His parents were Frederick and Mary and he married Elizabeth Rushby at All Saints, Toynton on 28/06/1836 |

I think that this is your Ann Barber if she was born in Peakirk. (I used ti live near to Peakirk) From 1837 to 1889 Peakirk came under Northants in the Registration district of Peterborough and from 1889 to 1965 Peakirk was removed from the county of Northants and came under Peterbough and is now in the county of Cambridgeshire. |

Hi I have two sisters Mary Barber born 1842 Toynton All Saints Lincs and Ann Barber born c1852 Peakirk Northamptonshire. I have been unable to find any info on Mary after the 1851 census where she was living with her family in Peakirk Northants and on Ann after the 1861 census living again in Peakirk with her family. I have looked on fmp using the variations on names and have looked for marriages and deaths but have been unable to find anything. |
