Closest one I could see was a W.H. Marshall died 1914.

Edit: Sorry, yes he's there, William Albert Marshall. I'm not able to c&p it. I can type it out or you can pm me your email and I'll forward it.

I believe there might be an entry for him in De Ruvigny's Roll but no longer have a subscription to view.
