Does anyone know of Louis Stefanelli who was in Alexandria, Egypt during 1944 - possibly one of serving armed forces during WWII.

Does anyone know whether it is possible to ascertain if any of those Louis Stefanellis served in the American Forces and were perhaps posted to Egypt during WWII?
