I don't think it is an institution of any kind. It looks to me as if the enumerator has just listed everyone living in Blenheim Street and not separated them into families or households. |

Thank you all for replies. I thought maybe it may have been some sort of men's only accommodation, or William's wife away from home for a reason . |
