Thank you very much BatMansDaughter and Dea my father died recently and I have just been trying to fill in some information on his siblings there are only two left now and both are quite poorly I had basic information but am trying to put some more maet on the bones so to speak So thankyou very mch for your Help. I had saeched for Dolllys death on freebmd but it only goes up to 1984 and I do not belong to any other site so I am very grateful for all this information |

Thank you all very much for your help it is very much appreciated. Can you tell me where you search for information on passenger lists. If that is my Dorothy travelling back to America I have no idea who her friend is and I am still hoping to find a record of her birth is ther somewhere you can look for canadian births thank you once again |

Sorry Dea it is me causing confusion William the father died in 1936 on a ship and his son William died in 1916 in France Ginny Iam not sure if that is my Aunt Dorothy she married a Sidney Heath in 1936 in Gloucestershire but may have gone back to America /Canada to visit relatives |

Thankyou Jonsey yes that is them.so in1915 they were in America that is very interesting. Dea William was born in 1895 in the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire and died of his wounds in France His parents were William Henry Jones and Emma Edwards , William died in 1936 travelling back from America and family rumour has it that Emma paid for his body to be puy on ice and brought back to Tewkesbury rather than be buried at sea |

I am searching for more information on my gt-aunt Dorothy Ball who I believe was born in Ingersoll Canada circa 1914 to Harold Ball and Maud nee Jones, her brother Harold born 1916 was born in England so I was also hoping to find out when they returned to England. As apoint of interest Mauds brother William died in !916 inW.W.1 fighting for the Canadians so I am Hoping to discover more about my Canadian links.Thank you very much for taking the time to read this and for any help you are able to give |
