Looking for the birth of ARTHUR ROBERT EVANS. From an army record it

would seem he was born in April 1882 at TINSLEY, NEAR BOLTON,

LANCASHIRE. On this army record it gives next of kin as his mother & her

name as Mrs C. Hamer, 141 Moses Gate, Near Bolton, Lancashire. I

have found Moses Gate on a map but it does not look like a road or street.

The only place I can find him is the 1911 census along with his wife living

at Penthryn Cottage, Penrhos,Llanymynech, Montgomeryshire.
