the different names on the lancsbmd record are because Rachel's father was named as William Burgess, a weaver. Rachel Ann was a spinster aged 23. Owen age 33 was a plumber. Father also Owen was a cooper

It looks as though the family came from Ireland and settled in Cheshire which is maybe why Owen says he was born there. It also appears that he was born around 1843/44.
I can't find Owen senior after the 1851 but maybe he returned to Ireland.

Thank you all for answering about my GGrandfather Owen Varley, sorry I am not sure were he was born or were he died I have only the dates. His son Micheal Owen Varley ( my Grandfather) was born in Macclesfield.

Reading through what has been sent I am taking it as though he might have come from Ireland is that right?
