Densirl do you really not know where to look for information like this and what information is and is not there ?

everything people have given you about marriages and baptisms is free for you to find

https://www.familysearch.org

http://www.familysearch.org/eng/search/igi/search_IGI.asp

and you know you can't just decide somebody 'looks right' if you want to have an accurate family tree, for John James 1821 who married Betsey Freeman 1823 you find their marriage record and order their marriage certificate to get his father's name and occupation

http://freebmd.rootsweb.com/cgi/search.pl

serach for John James marrying Freeman no given name because you will find that 'Betsey' was a nickname

A couple of pages back from John James there is a farmer employing 8 men 2 boys and 2 women at Hill Farm but there are an awful lot of Farm Labourers about too.

One page ahead of John James is another farmer of 324 acres employing 8 men and 2 boys but no name of the farm.

It is possible that he lived in property tied to the Farmer he worked for ,so the place of work might be nearby
Have a look at the neighbours see if there is any work connection and wander round the [census] area for logical places to work, within walking distance ?
places with FRED BLoGGs farmer employs 7 men, !
