Wigan's not really near Barrow - I'ld opt for the Wharfedale birth - at least that mid-names right.

People don't always know where they were born if the family moved when they were very young. My grandfather always thought that he was born in County Durham and didn't find out until he was middle aged that he was actually born in London and his parents moved back north when he was young.

There isn't a birth at all for that name (spelt either Hurst or Hirst) in the Barrow-in-Furness registration district.

Hello Angela, you really need her marriage certificate to get her father's name and his occupation (if she knew him). We then have something to work back from.

Can't see anything obvious on the 1911.

Please can you help me find Edith Mary Hurst born 1900 barrow in furness. She married Charles Henry Parker in 1928 in wharfedale yorkshire but I cant find her before this time
