had a closer look at the image, Cornelieus states born Onehouse, Suffolk - just googled it & it does exist.

Unfortunately i am not able to view the image of the 1861 census for Cornelius on Ancestry.

Think PH has found the right one, his occupation is miller and he was born Suffolk, but can't read the place. Walter is a boarder, also a miller
