Presumably, your 'friend' is descended from the Dominy/Smith union..................which of their children is the direct line?

It's easy to look on freebmd for that child's birth........then for any possible siblings.

freebmd is, as the name suggests completely free, so you should be able to find the info you seek

Why are you, or your friend, so certain that Alfred married a KATHLEEN??


That registration I posted earlier fits all the criteria you posted, except for the fact that she was Katherine

Another big ask -
