Ive got another question can you find any details of Frank Lack Maffey army details I believe he was in Stanhope baracks 1901 he was a bombadier R HA British Army.

Hi can anyone find Frank Lack Maffey born in 1875 freemantle southampton. I cannot find him on the 1891 cansus he would have been 16yrs old . Ive found him on all the other census but I cant find him and his family on that one . His parents were Alice Lack and Frank Maffey.
