Based on Stuart's 1911 census post, it looks as though the MMN was not indicative of illegitimacy..............it was, rather, an unfortunate coincidence

Marriages Mar 1895 (>99%)
Jackson Emily Margaret Liverpool 8b 9
Jackson George Liverpool 8b 9

The birth I posted some time ago from freebmd, and the Cheshirebmd version are for the same child

So, Sharon, you've marked this as answered, which means you require no further help. Is that what you intended?

And ?? this - she is down as Florrie. 8 children born, 4 still living. On original Ebenezer has been put down as daughter, crossed out and son put in, but can't be right either way.

So you don't want her descendants!!!!

You want ancestors!!!!

I've looked at 1911 census - can't see her.

You'll have to buy her birth cert, I'm afraid.

thankyou ,i have already contacted James but have had no reply as yet, what i am looking for are Florence parents and any siblings she may have had. I know that she died from TB and at the time she was in a convalescent home in West Kirby .Her daughter Jean also died in the same place of Croup i think . My Mum has had no contact with her brother John since her mother died she thinks that he may have been adopted out to a family member .
