Charles Wride 1847-1902 Bristol, married to Matilda West in 1866, St Pancreas Chapel London.

They had 10 children

Some of the children I can find quite alot about but on Edward no, and again I have searched ancestry.

Edward born 1877 Hanham, Births Jun 1877 (>99%) Wride Edward Barton Regis 6a 109. There is a ancestry familytree that has Edward married to Beatrice Florence Royal in Monmounth, Beatrice was born in Bristol according to the tree and I did find a marriage reg. Marriages Dec 1896 (>99%)
Royal Beatrice Frances Monmouth 11a 29 to a Edward Ward.

Any help would be appreciated.

He was discharged as medically unfit 19 Nov 1918. His problem was chronic urine incontinence which he'd had for 18 years after being kicked in the back by a man's boot.

I think the Archibald who married Edith must be a different guy as this marriage was in 1933 but your Archie married Ethel Elizabeth in 1926 and was still with her (I think) at the time of Edwards death and probate in 1955

Very likely I found a marriage reg on FreeBMD and just presumed it was the right marriage.

With al this information you have given me I'll have to study it and put on some order.
