Find Ancestors

I am to track down what happened with my 2nd great grandparents. Alfred disappears from the household by 1881? Also I'm struggling to find Elizabeth pre-marriage and any records relating to her family who believe lived in Leicestershire.

On both these censuses she gives birth place as Melton Mowbray but it is the same Elizabeth who is with Albert in 1881.
