I cannot find the following lady in 1911 and would be grateful for another pair of eyes.

1901 with family Rowswell living in Shenley Hertfordshire
By 1911 the family had moved to Kent and this is her parents and younger siblings

I have tried all sorts of combinations, but can't seem to find her in 1911. I have had a look on passenger lists on FMP (incase she popped off somewhere and came back) but can't see her there either.
