Thanks very much to everyone who has replied. I've not had time to go through them all yet but I'm sure they will be of help. I'm amazed how many people have given me information. I wish I'd discovered this site earlier.

Marjorie - you have misunderstood the "answered" facility - you click "answered" when you have the info you are looking for - to remove the "answered" click on it again and it should disappear

You answered me by message - not the same thing
