Hi Andrew

Could this be your dad? Only, if he was adopted, I doubt the name would be the same at hi death?

England & Wales, Death Index, 1916-2006
about Denys P D Bray
Name: Denys P D Bray
Birth Date: abt 1933
Date of Registration: Oct-Nov-Dec 1968
Age at Death: 35
Registration district: Bath
Inferred County: Somerset
Volume: 7c
Page: 281

Do you know where he was born, or have his mothers details?

Unless you know his birth name then theres very little chance of finding info on his birth family.

Only he would have been able to to access to his adoption file, which was probably unlikely too in the 1960,s. but as he is passed then his files are closed I,m afraid
