Find Ancestors

I cannot find a birth record for my Maternal Grandad above. His marriage cert to Sarah Ellen Tibbles 24/01/1921 Pontypridd has age 22. His Father was Frederick Pearce Labourer. I cannot find a 1911 Census for him though there is an entry for his name on Cheltenham Hospital 1901 age 3 but no record for Frederick in Cheltenham. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated as I can go no further back on his branch. Sarah Ellen died in 1937 in Ponty and the family moved to Cheltenham where Arthur William remarried in 1961 Cheltenham to Lillian Irene Paginton(nee King) and Died in 1965
