Find Ancestors

Trying to trace info on Kell ancestors in Canada (Kingston (Wolf Island) & Bloomington,Minnesota,so I can possibly link them in my tree.
William Kell married Fanny Morris on May 9th,1844 in St.Georges Anglican Church,KingstonCharles Kell was born on May 24th,1851 on Wolf Island,Kingston,Canada.The family moved to Bloomington,Minnesota after several years on Wolf Island.
I've plenty of info from 1844 onwards,but,prior to that,I've nothing-other than that he was born in England.
I'd like to find any passenger records/border crossing records (England to Canada,Canada to USA) if possible.
Any help much appreciated.

You say you have info from 1844 onwards, but you refer to Border crossings, which would be post-1844

I'd like to find out (if possible) whereabouts exactly in England William & Fanny came from? Where they sailed from/to & if they landed in USA,the border crossing to Canada.There's a few entries on another site suggesting DOBs & POBs,but can't seem to find proof.It's suggested that William was born in December 1820,son of a William & a shoemaker by trade.Fanny is said to have been born in December 1822.Daughter of Thomas & Mary (nee Robineau).The information re Fanny seems accurate,with mother Mary dying in 1847 in Canada,& father Thomas in Bloomington 1865.

That's them Maddie.Just trying to ascertain whereabouts in England he was from? Info on Fanny (Morris) seems to be accurate,but can't find much on William other than his middle name of Henry & year of birth.Fathers name said to be William too.

No.Not for certainThere's a William Kell on there-St.Marylebone in Middlesex,fits with an 1820 birth & is listed as a shoemaker.As I don't know for certain where he's born,I'm struggling.

Looks like he's in a 'workhouse' ? 'Institution' with a George Kell too ?

That'll be this one. He is a shoemaker. In fact from John Bloke to Henry Baker are all shoemakers.
