This post is about Herbert Jesse WAY
Born 30 Apr 1913 Lambeth Surrey England
Died 23 Oct 1996 Pilgrims Hospice, Thanet, Kent, England

Firstly that birth date, i've seen this as 1911 ........
1939 census states he was married. I've searched high and low and cannot find a marriage, Ancestry, FamilySearch, FreeBMD. I did try many years ago and contact the Hospice where he did but they would not release any details. There are a number of trees on Ancestry stating unknown spouse but no details!

I need to get his birth certificate. Over the weekend I need other certificates, I'll order then.

It is that marriage that has be stumped. Any ideas anyone please?

Sorry Erika, I was reading the wrong column of the 1939 census :(

Thank you for the baptism, I was searching for that on Ancestry! But that is for his brother who died earlier ......
