Then look for the marriage of his parents.........very easy to do

Electoral rolls for 2012-2013 has him born 1927-1929. They are living in Romford, Essex. He would not be on the 1921 census.

I am looking for Harold J Rickards b. 1931/2 on the 1939 Register please. He married Irene McCullum in1950 in Romford Essex they had 5 children of which I have got the information on. Once I have the info from the 1939 register I should be able to find his parents on the 1911 census, or if anyone can find him on the 1921 census. Any info would be grateful. Many thanks
