If you want your query left open just amend the title eg adding not answered or similar. Probably needs rewriting as only so much can be seen. |

Thanks for these replies. Already got this information and have checked birthplace cemeteries, as well as those in the areas they died, and don't believe they were church goers. |

My gt gt grandparents married at st James Piccadilly 1859, Louisa Jane Evans died 1881 (registered St Margaret, Westminster) and William Evans died 1910 (registered Croydon). They both worked and lived until just before their deaths in Westminster. I have tried many, many cemeteries in/near Westminster, nothing so far for either - on the assumption that William may have wanted to be buried with his wife. I've also contacted all cemeteries in Surrey where he died, but nothing. |
