Member Since: January 2003 Posts: 2 Send Message	Hello. I am interested in anyone with the surname Dougherty as I am trying to trace my father. Perhaps by talking to others with that surname I may find him. I only really know that his christian name was James and he was a football referee for Scotland and Ireland in 1918. I think he may have been born in Newcastle.
