My g.g.grandmother was ANN SINGER born around 1823. She married THOMAS WEAVER in 1843. She's proving to be a bit of a mystery: I've seen her grave, got her death cert, her marriage cert and a photo of her and but still so much is missing. For instance,I cant find her date of birth or any info about her father or mother. According to her marriage cert she was born in Devizes,Wilts but i haven't managed to verify this. The family legend has it that she was born in Seville, Spain and her family were Spanish Romanies! It would be a relief if anyone out there knows how to get to the bottom of this. |
