	Can anyone help with imformation on HENRY HARLEY born about 1853 in New York USA. Said to have run away from home and went to sea as a cabin boy aged around 12. He married in Liverpool aged 20 and settled here as a canal labourer. He was was half native American indian. On his marriage cert. his father is said to be Thomas Harley Surgeon! How or where would I find records of him being allowed to stay here if any were needed.
