I am trying to locate the Sutton side of our family tree, My father John Sutton born 17 Jan 1906, I am led to believe he was one of ten children born to John Sutton a coal miner below ground and Caroline Howell, they lived at 43 Gozzard St, Bilston, Stafford, Caroline Howell I am told died just after my father was born, she fell into a bathtub of scalding water; also there is a Sarah Sutton of unknown relationship to my father who lived at 1 Chaple Street, Bilston. The only reason I know about Sarah Sutton is because she applied for a copy of my fathers birth certificate for schooling I think, on the 9 Jan 1914. I hope you can help me locate my missing family. |
