hiya i am researching my mothers family her name is elizabeth mcevoy born 1953 her brothers names are peter born 1950 and jim born around 1945. her dads name was leo mcevoy born 1912 he had a brother called lawrence born 1900 and another brother called peter born 1894 in the 1901 census they were living at birkenhead liverpool . there dad called peter mcevoy born 1870 married martha roberts born 1871. they were both born in ireland im guessing they moved there as something happened but unsure why. there was another peter mcevoy born 1839 in ireland who also moved to birkenhead is there a connection? he was living with mary mulcahy and david mulcahy born 1870 im sure there is a strong possibility that he moved with them . I really cant find any more info so if any one reconises the names or date of births or if any of your family moved from ireland to birkenhead could you please get in touch . many thanks sharon x |
