My Grandfather, Charles Arthur Holt was the son of Mary Jane Pankhurst (born 2/7/1851, died 7/4/1909) and John Holt(born 30/11/1842, died 14/8/1921) They are buried at St Marys Church, Great Bedwyn. Grave no 29. Mary Jane Pankhurst was from Maidstone, Kent(born in Hart Street), daughter of Richard Pankhurst & Sarah Hodges. Richard Pankhurst was a lawyer, they married on 19/8/1872. I have this information from relatives in Birmingham, but would love more Pankhurst history. I live in Australia so if anyone can help me that would be great. I want to know if we are any relations of the great Emily Pankhurst. Thanks & cheers every one |
