My mother is Helen (Nellie)nee MacKay born in 1930 the youngest of 7 girls. Her father was James Cameron MacKay from the Fort William area. His wife was Sarah nee Kelly. My granddad was a regular soldier in the Seaforth Highlanders and spent most of his married life in Dover where my mother was born. Although I know quite a lot about my Dover relatives, I know very little about any Scottish family I may have.
