My grandfather Albert Cecil Bressington was married to Beatrice Mary and lived in Gilfach Goch circa 1910-1930. He was a miner, she kept a small shop. They returned to the Bristol area during the 30's were 'bombed out' and moved to Weston Super Mare in approx 1949. They had 4 daughters and 1 son. Beatrice Maud, Lily May, Winifred, and Iris Ivy. Their son Percy was killed May 1942 on board HMS Gloucester bombed and sunk in the Med. Any connections? |
