BARR/McCULLOCH/HUTTON Seeking any information on the following James Barr of 34 St Lawrence St Greenock (in 1896) he had illegitimate son James born 1896, to Christina McCulloch, Port Glasgow Christina later married Joseph Hutton in 1898 son James was listed as James Hutton on 1901 census, Christina died 1914 and James may have changed his name then to that of his natural father Barr Have just recently discovered these facts and would love to know if there are any relations on either side? who could supply more information. I now live in Essex, England so cannot do research in Scotland, can anyone help? |
