To all with the surname of Abbiss. Have just registered and eager to know if there is any direct relationship between me and the 19 registered Abbiss's. Clues - I am 65 my father William James Abbiss died July 1994 aged 87 and was born in London.He lived with my mother Lillian in Whitton,Twickenham Middx. Grandfather's name was Percival - another Londoner who was a Freeman of the City of London. To the best of my knowledge I have a cousin Call Derek the son of one of my father's twin sisters and an aunt living in Ely Cambridge whose name is Florence. I lived in Weybridge, Surrey until a move to Spain a year ago. I am semi-retired, married to Renate Abbiss and have two daughters - Vanessa who lives in Brighton and Charlotte who lives in Paris. I work as a consultant for a market research agency which I set up 14 years ago. This entails frequent trips to UK. Interested in any feedback James Abbiss |
