Member Since: April 2003 Posts: 1 Send Message	Mac (Mc) is "son of" Drick (drich) is "son of" Hend is from the Danish 'Hick' dynasty, (Viking settlers)..so 'McKendrick' is "son of the son (i.e Grandson) of the Hend (Handsome) One. Although affiliated to the McNaughtons/McLoughton and McLaughlins through Tribal/Clan loyalties, the Hender and Hendersons are the probable starting points.
