Angela Wilkes My father was Robert Alexander Wilkes, born 1921 in south wales. His father, I think was Albert or Arthur Wilkes from Liverpool and his mother was Marie. He was the only child from that union but his father had other children (He was a widower). Their names were Wilfred, Beatrice, Alice(not sure) and Celia. My father was married before he married my mother. His first wife was called Iris and she died shortly after having my step brother, Roy around 1944. Roy uses the surname as Wilks but I have not seen him since 1967ish. Any knowledge of any of the above would be appreciated. |
