Member Since: April 2003 Posts: 2 Send Message	Trying to find anyone connected with the surname HOPKINS. My dad was Terry Hopkins born in Felling, Gateshead in 1927. His mother was called Lily and bother her and her husband were originally from the Spennymoor area in Durham. My dad's dad died when he was 7 and his mother re-married to a man with the surname Temple. My dad did two years national service in the Navy and worked at Soap Works in Pelaw and then moved to Dunlop on the Team Valley in Gateshead. He had two older sisters, Monica and Nancy. Monica moved to the Shetland Isles and Nancy moved to London.
