Member Since: January 2003 Posts: 0 Send Message	A number of Lambie families originated in the Ayrshire town of Stevenston. An excellent source of info is the ayrshireroots.com website, which has a surname database, and includes hundreds of Lambies! I have used this site to check out my names, and then confirmed them on the scotlandspeople.gov.uk website.
