I am looking for any Welburn connections in the Worksop area. My great grandmother was Clara Welburn, she was the daughter of Robert Welburn (Master Watchmaker) and Elizabeth (nee Barlow). Clara, who I believe may have been an only child, apparently eloped with my great grandfather (John Alfred Garbutt) who quite a bit older than her. If anybody knows of anything that may tie in to this story, please get in touch. |
