hi, i hope someone can help?! i am looking for a james white, the only info i have comes from a baptism record! it names him as the father of jane ferry.b.1896 he was living in a place called BRASSIDE co.durham and his occupation was brickmaker. jane was his illegitimate daughter by frances ferry, they also had a son william b.1893 but were never married, he is not named on jane's birth cert, only her baptism record for the parish of st cuthbert. if this description of james rings any bells in anyones tree please contact me, james was my maternal great grandfather. thanks jenny |
