Tracey Wordsworth,trying to find ,my farthers real birth parent,we understand he came from somewhere near eireshire,scotland,his name we think was ferguson,hastings,maybe robert,not sure. He was a sales rep for either fashion houses or clothing manufacturer,or cotton mills. Any way basically my farther robert ferguson was born in 1927, his mother was jessie wallace logan from cudworth barnsley. Her mother was isabella logan they lived with their brother robert holmes logan who was a dentist. It is also beleived that they were related to the findley family .rayleigh,essex. My farther was adopted in 1934 to joseph arnold wordsworth of oxspring ,nr sheffield so he was 7 when he was adopted , he never knew his farther as in those days it was frowned upon, however we beleive that ferguson,hastings was his farthers name as this is the original name on his original birth certificate. If any one knows of a liaseon with these people it would be of interest as we are trying to find info about my farthers real birth farthers family,it will be difficult as it was along time ago however its surprising what people can remember,should you think you have any info please let me know. tracey.
