I am looking for information on two of my Grandfather's sisters. My Grandfather was Robert William Guest and the sisters I am trying to trace were Dortothy Guest born 8th Jan 1897 at 16 Bolton Mews, Kensington, London. I believe she may have married someone called Tom but I don't know his surname or when/where they married. She went to New Zealand at some point and she was there in the 1970's as I can remember meeting her when she returned to the UK for a visit. At the time I met her she was a in her 70's and was a widow. Also Katherine Minnie (k/a Kate) Guest born 25th Feb 1887 at 23 Portnall Road, Paddington, London. I belive Kate married Sydney Boulter and they had a son Albert. Robert, Dorothy and Kate were 3 of the 7 children of Edward Isaac Guest and Eliza (Thomas) Guest. I now know that Dorothy married Tom Moles after she went to New Zealand and that she and Tom had no children. Dorothy died at the age of 92 years on 10 June 1989, Tom died in 1963, he was 71. I would like to contact any family of Tom's, perhaps he had nieces and nephews? |
