Hi, does anybody have any information about a Joseph Michael Dwyer Thompson Whallan? He was a dentist in South Wales, born around 1900 or just before. His last known address was in Newport in 1965. I can't find any real records, I don't know which parts of his name are the ones he was registered under!! Any info at all would be great, best wishes, Rachel. UPDATE - I think i've found him in the 1901 census. He's listed just as Joseph Thompson, age 6, of Caldicot Pill, Caldicot St Mary, Chepstow, Monmouthshire. His parents are listed as Joseph Thompson, age 35, tin plate maker, and Ada L. Thomas ( why Thomas?) age 32. He has 2 brothers, James (8) and Noah (5) and 1 sister Ada L (3) So now I have no idea how or why the Dwyer and the Whallan were added to his name, and when? Does anyone know Joseph Thompson? Born 1894 in Chepstow. HELP!!!!!!!! |
