Trying to find Sargent

Hi I desperately need help is finding info on Ellen Sargent. She was the mother of Elizabeth Hall b 15.06.1892 East Ashford, Kent. I know that she married Walter Hall. On the 1901 census [which is right because it has got Elizabeth's birth date and place right] it states that Ellen [down as Mrs Hall] was born abt 1869 in Whitstable kent. On the marriage cert that I have got her fathers name was down as Edwin Sargent but in the earlier census's for Ellen Sargent b Whitstable the fathers name is down as John, and I can't find any marriage cert that ties Ellen with Walter Hall. So can any one please help me as I am at my wits end I have even tried different spellings of her name. Thanks Su |
