Trying to find Tobin

I am looking for Fannie /Frances Tobin. She was my great grandmother. Died in Glasgow 1937 aged 76.She married Joseph Ryder supposedly in Toronto on 1886. My grandfather was born in 1898 in Edinburgh. In the 1901 census they were living in Glasgow and other children were Maud, Mabel, Annie and Fannie Ryder.Joseph Ryder died in 1901 of a spinal injury he received 18 mths earlier. I am totally stumped and have tried Canadian records where there are many Tobins and Ryders but I can't find their marriage. At the back of my mind there may also be a Manchester connection.
